Basically, we promise to not share our customers' personal information with any third-parties, unless a law enforcement agency properly request the information (such as with a subpoena). Of course we would never share this information except to law enforcement with a legal request. If you do not trust us to keep the information private, then you should not host with us. We will not become financially responsible for the site content or agree to any extra contracts (i.e. non-disclosure contracts).
